1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the ph8vip platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the ph8vip Platform. ph8vip reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility

To use the ph8vip Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ph8vip, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from ph8vip or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

ph8vip reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be voided and forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of ph8vip, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one ph8vip account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph8vip login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. ph8vip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Identity Verification (KYC): ph8vip may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including submission of a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your ph8vip account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ph8vip are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: ph8vip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. Credit card gambling deposits and cryptocurrency transactions are not accepted.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 Philippine banking business days.
• Withdrawal Verification: ph8vip reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention measure.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ph8vip may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, which will be communicated to you via your registered contact details.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ph8vip offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated on the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• ph8vip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Where possible, reasonable advance notice will be provided.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly permitted by the terms of a specific promotion.
• ph8vip reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry. The expiry period for each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph8vip Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one ph8vip account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph8vip staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph8vip Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game designs, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the intellectual property of ph8vip or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ph8vip.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph8vip, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

ph8vip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph8vip account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph8vip's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

9. Responsible Gaming

ph8vip is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Filipino players seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions apply:

• Age Restriction: ph8vip is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Underage gambling is illegal under Philippine law and ph8vip actively works to prevent it.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion from the Platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and may be set for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, ph8vip will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform.
• Deposit & Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits from their account dashboard. These limits take effect immediately when set and may only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Players may activate session time reminders that notify them of the duration of their current gaming session.
• Reality Checks: ph8vip may display periodic reality check notifications to remind players of their gaming activity and encourage responsible play.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

ph8vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player against ph8vip.
• Determination that the player is ineligible to use the Platform (e.g., underage, self-excluded, or located in a prohibited jurisdiction).
• Prolonged account inactivity as defined in the dormant account policy.

Upon account closure, ph8vip will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to investigation) to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. ph8vip will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of account suspension or termination where such action was taken in accordance with these Terms.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting ph8vip customer support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 Philippine business days.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

ph8vip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

ph8vip will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the Platform's services (e.g., payment processors, identity verification providers), or as described in the Privacy Policy. 12. Amendments to These Terms

ph8vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph8vip will notify registered players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ph8vip Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

ph8vip operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have a complaint or dispute are encouraged to first contact ph8vip customer support to seek resolution. ph8vip is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph8vip's internal complaints process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority in accordance with applicable gaming regulations. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process.
